Stellar Handicraft - Stat Wings Inclusion

【 Developer Comments 】 Stat wings, which grant set effects, have been added to Rabbie Phantasm: Temptation's Path dungeon in the form of crafting materials to help Milletians gear up for the challenge of our most advanced dungeons. These wings are designed to be obtainable by anyone through dedicated effort. You can either gather the materials directly from the dungeon, or purchase them from other players on the market. If you don't need the wings for yourself, you can sell the materials for a tidy profit. We hope this system adds another rewarding layer of progression to the dungeon-clearing experience. To preserve the value of existing wings, we have carefully balanced the crafting process by setting different levels of difficulty for each type of stat wing.

• New Recipes have been added to Stellar Handicraft for several wings.
• New Crafting Items have been added as a reward from Rabbie Phantasm: Temptation’s Path dungeon.

Fantasy Life Changes

Alby Shineseeker Dungeons

• While under the effects of Combat VIP Membership, you can now use up to 4x Shineseeker Orbs when attempting to complete a Shineseeker Dungeon.
  
  • When choosing this option, multiple chests will spawn at the end of your dungeon.

Extra Equipment Slots

• As per our announcement earlier this month, the Extra Equipment Slots function itself is now free and no longer require VIP Service or Coupons to extend their use.
  • Additional Extra Equipment Slots can be purchased in the Cash Shop, by other players, or obtained through various events.
• The number of Extra Equipment Slots a character can have has been expanded from 16 to 20.
• Fixed the Additional Equipment Slot window to open in the center of the screen if it is outside the screen area when opening.
• The Erinn Settlement Attendance Scroll from the Milletian Welcome Erinn Settlement Package has been adjusted.
  • The 27th Day Reward will now award a Pon Box containing 39 Pon.
  • For Milletians who have already started the Attendance Scroll, please see our updated [Notice] End of Sale and Changes to [Extra Equipment Slot Coupon] webpost.

Part-Time Jobs

• Part-Time Job reward points have been increased.
  • Rewards will now give twice as many points.
• The quantity limit for limited item rewards has been increased.
  • The quantity limit is now twice as large.
• Part-Time Jobs have been adjusted so that only one character per account can perform the same Part-Time Job per Erinn Day.
• The requirements to acquire “the Busy” title have been relaxed:
  
  • Before: Complete 3 Part-Time Jobs in one Erinn Day.
  • After: Complete 1 Part-Time Job.

Soul Stream Inventory

• The Soul Stream Inventory has been increased for all players.
  
  • Old Size: 8x12 (Red dotted line for visual reference)
  • New Size: 20x15

Tutorial Improvements

【 Developer Comments 】 To help both new players and returning Milletians get reacquainted with the world of Erinn, we have streamlined our introductory experience. The various skill acquisition quests and tutorials have been reorganized into a more concise set of essential quests to ensure a smoother start.

• Nao’s dialogue has been improved to better welcome new Milletians!
• When creating a new Milletian, and after meeting Nao, you will spawn in front of Duncan in Tir Chonaill. 
• You will now begin with the following items:
  
  • Special Newbie Costume Box Type A
  • Traveler’s Guide
  • Bread from Nao
  • 3x Nao’s Soul Stones
• After completing the quest Nao’s Letter of Introduction:
  
  • You will automatically begin Blaanid’s Growth Support quests, starting with [Guide] Blaanid’s Brave Boost.
  • Elves and Giants will be able to travel between Erinn’s continents.
  • You will receive the title “... a Descendant of the Elves/Giants”.
  • You can accept the Elf/Giant’s Continental Situation quest, which can be accepted through the Receivable Quest Board.
    
    • Duncan’s text has been updated during these quests!

Various quests have been updated.

• Required quests have been added, and will be indicated in your Quest Log (Hotkey ‘Q’) under the Required tab. 
  
  • The first mandatory quest, [Required] The Path of the Master Warrior (1), will be given to Milletians who have completed Blaanid’s Third Memoir.
    
    • Milletians who have already completed the Third Memoir prior to the update will receive it immediately upon logging in.
  • The Arcana introductory quest [Guide] The Grandmaster’s Path will no longer be provided to new Milletians upon reaching Cumulative Level 10,000.
  • Any character with the quest will have the quest deleted upon logging in.
  • The Arcana Quest [Guide] One Step Higher can be obtained after completing the required quest [Required] More than Mere Talent.
    • The progression method of some skill quests that can be obtained through required quests will be changed.

• Growth Guide Quests 
  • The quest Acquire the Soul Stream Inventory has been updated to Rebirth and acquire a Rebirth Potion.
    
    • The reward for completing this Growth Guide quest has been changed from the Soul Stream Inventory to a Rebirth Potion.
• Castanea’s dialogue has been updated after completing the quest [Hidden Talent] Two Moons: Eweca and Ladeca.
• The Arcana Achievement Missions will no longer be provided to new accounts after completing Blaanid’s Third Memoir.
  • If a character is already in progress as the representative character on the account, they will still be able to continue as normal.
  • If a character had the Guide Quest, but had not registered with Eavan yet, the quest will be removed from their quest log.
• The quest Life Basics from Blaanid’s Third Memoir has updated text to better describe the nuances of catching a Tailteann Carp.
• In the Stardust quest An Astronomical Discovery, more information has been added to Objective 5 and Explanation to provide better clarity.

Quest Tracker

• The quest tracker UI has been revamped.
  
  • You can register up to 30 quests by pressing the Pin icon button in the quest list or window.
    
    • Required Quests cannot be unpinned.
  • Registered quests will now let you know if Automatic Pathfinding is available, or when a quest is ready to be completed.
• Clicking on a registered quest will allow you to see the detailed Quest Information.
• The following types of quests will be automatically registered in the Quest Tracker:
  
  • All Tutorial Quests
    
    • Nao’s Letter of Introduction Quest
    • Blaanid Quests
    • Required Quests
  • Main Storyline (Chapter) Quests

Miscellaneous

• The cooldown for Bugles now applies to Party Recruitments messages.
• Alban Knights Dogma Selection Boxes have been added to the Adventure Seal Shop.

• When hovering the mouse over an item in the Inventory Magnifying Glass window, the cursor will now display a grabby hand.

• The Glorious Lumina Star Wings and the Glorious Idol Uniform Cape have been renamed, as these wings are undyeable:

• Updated a few lines of text for Forbidden Alchemist missing from the February update, most notably the Link 10, to reflect changes to the skill targeting. 
• "orrected" an issue where the first letter of Milletian names in the Beginner chat would be missing.
• Ultimate Geas Devastation Circlet recipes were calling for a strange item. We've informed the Shyllien Nature Research Society to update the recipe from "Strange Shard" to "Prismatic Shard".
• Fixed an issue causing one of Glenis’ Part Time Jobs to incorrectly count the amount of Milk collected.
  • Fear not, milkmen of the land, your calcium-laden battles shall not go unfortified! 
• The descriptions for the Homestead items Spring Garden Well and Spring Garden Fountain are now translated again. 

Bugs fixed during the February 19th Maintenance

• The battle stance animation for the Festive Eastern Fireworks Lance Appearance Scroll has been added.
• The Eternal Resistance Dual Guns Appearance Scroll now has the correct name shown when applied onto a weapon.
• The Mysterious Packages for Elly’s Shop added in February have been given the correct name in-game, matching their shop entries. 

Known Bugs

• 
• Tin is currently hanging around Dunbarton and doing some recruitment for the Stamp Sprint... just not the right one! He's just really happy it's Anniversary season, everyone.
  • Now's your chance to get him in your Astral Imaging collection!
• There are currently issues causing the Blacklist to not work as expected for some players.
• Under periodic conditions, Milletians will be temporarily unable to duel other Milletians.
